in just 3 days with a sales price of 15.7% higher than the listing price. Simply put, you

Pierre Van’s service is fast and efficient. We spoke with Pierre on October 15, 2017
about the plan to sell our condo and he came back the next day with the detail
information about the current market in the area, suggested listing price for the property,
and strategizes how to sell it. Pierre made the selling process so easy and even took extra
